Von Boyle Custom Electric Guitars

I started playing guitar on January 1, 2020. My son was about to turn two, and I really wanted him, in due time, to take up an instrument. I’ve always loved music, and thought this would be the perfect opportunity to challenge myself to do something I’ve always found incredibly cool, while also hopefully inspiring him to join me in a few years. As many do, I quickly fell in love with playing and started spending more and more of the time I wasn’t playing shopping for new guitars. I bought and sold a lot of guitars during that first year or two, and being a woodworker, I thought why not try making one of my own? So I did, and I found I loved making my first guitar just as much as I love playing. And I still do.

I build all of my custom electric guitars in my shop in Haddon Heights, New Jersey. Check out some of my creations below.
